I bought this product in June 2020 and I really love this product. I used it mainly to make french fries. Unfortunately, it died yesterday half way when cooking the fries. I felt very sad as I can't return it as it has passed the 1 month return window. I wonder will the supplier take responsibility and replace me a new one. If yes, who should I contact and the contact details please. Thank you.
The latest update is that I was successfully contacted the seller via email on 30 Aug 2020 and the support team told me to provide them a short video on the unit that failed to operate. On the following day, I provided them a video that shown that the unit was basically dead after 3 months in used. Unfortunately, eversince then I receive no response whatsoever from them to replace me a new unit as promised despite I have followed up witn tons of email to them. Conclusion is that you buy the product at your own risk. You will never get the customer service you want when you're having problem with the product. This company has poven to me that they don't care about their reputation and they don't take responsibilities when their products are not operating as it should. I will never do business with this company again. And I hope all prospect customers should deeply consider before buying a unit from them and prepare to lose your investment for in the event luck is not on your side.
