Bought fridge back in July, its stopped working middle of October. We bought Amazon's 5 year warranty (Assurant) and was told that we had to go through the manufacture first.
Long story short, manufacture won't fix!!! Didn't even offer to replace the unit. Canceled my Assurant Warranty (Amazon) and I had to fight with Amazon to get it back.
After two weeks of going back and forth with Costway
Costway still wont fix nor offer to replace the item. On top of that Assurant will not touch the item till the manufacture warranty is done. So I have a product that isn't working still here for another 8 months till I can use my Assurant warranty.
