First off this baking pan is quite stunning, and has a wonderful feel to it. I read the comments about the lid, and to get it to work you first have to secure the corners and then engage the locking mechanism on the sides, if it’s not attached at the 4 corners then it won’t hold. Anyway it cooked a dream at first try, I didn’t add cooking oil or spray when making lasagna at first go I just put sauce on the bottom, cooked it to instruction, the sauce came off nicely nothing stuck. My one complaint is a chemical odor that filled the kitchen when this was baking, at only 350 degrees nothing excessive. I hope this was a one time thing, I will update if not. I obviously washed it first before using it so it’s not that. Took off a star for smell.
