I had purchased one of these in 2017 and it held up for two years before it gave "gave up the ghost". It had a very small footprint in a very small kitchen, so I bought this one. I am not a big coffee drinker, so 1 or 2 cups a day is maximum for me.
I know how the unit works as I had one for two years and I am a "read the directions freak". This arrived on December 29th and after cleaning the unit as required, I made my first cup of coffee. On January 4th and on the 8th cup of coffee, it started screaming bloody murder and would not allow the water to drain from the unit. After if cooled, I dumped the water to check for blockages and there were none. So, I refilled the unit and put a new K cup in it.....same problem.
I am extremely disappointed with this newer version of the one I bought two years ago and this thing is so going back.
