I really want to love this bag, but I'm really disappointed. It's really cute. It holds a ton. It's everything I was looking for... Except... It has very sharp metal buckles that dig into you. You might not notice if you're wearing sleeves, but I wore this bag for an hour the other day in a tank top and it left painful red marks on my arms. I didn't even have much in the bag. It wasn't heavy. I'm trying to decide if I need to look for another bag. The buckles are my only complaint, but it's kind of a big deal. It hurt so bad, I had to stop wearing it and carry it by the handles the rest of the day.
UPDATE
I was happy to hear promptly from the company that they were sending me a new bag out, but it would take 10 days to get to me. I figured my original bag must be defective and was excited to get a replacement. I got the box today. They sent me a completely different and much smaller bag that won't even remotely work for the purpose I picked this bag for. I am a teacher. I need an oversized bag with a laptop slot to hold all of my papers and equipment. The replacement bag won't even fit a folder, let alone a laptop. It looks like it's sized for a child. I am incredibly disappointed and will likely be returning my bag to find something that won't cause blisters on my arms and rips in my clothes. I really wanted this bag to work.
