I ordered this product on March 20, 2020 and it stopped working earlier this month (May 2020). It will not turn on at all. I had used it several times a week prior to this because I loved the product. I contacted Gourmia directly because I registered my product for warranty when I got it and they told me that this is NOT AN AUTHORIZED SELLER and invalidates my warranty. I attempted to reach out to the seller through Amazon and got no response. Very disappointed with both this product and the seller's unresponsiveness.
