I already had 4 large containers so I got two extra large to match. I remember having a problem separating the other 4 containers, but these 2 were almost impossible. After spending over two hours including a trip to Staples trying different methods (ice water and a hair dryer, air duster (cost of $13 at Staples) and air compressor), I was ready to give up and return them. I was about to write a negative review about this, but I noticed another method in someone's review. I emptied a quarter of my freezer moving food to the fridge to make room for the containers. I checked after 10 minutes. Nothing. I checked after 20 minutes. Still nothing. I got them in the sink and kept them under running hot water for at least 5 minutes and I was finally able to separate them.
So here I am still writing a negative review even though I will use the containers and they will most likely serve me well, but I wasted over 2 hours of my time and spent $13 fixing a problem that shouldn't exist.
There are a lot of customers complaining about this well know issue, but Chief's Path did nothing to address it. All they they had to do was to separate containers with a sheet of paper instead of plastic. This shows disregard and disrespect for me and other customers. I'll shop elsewhere next time.
