So happy with our new mixer! While we use our mixer for many things, the most important thing to us is that it makes the most smooth and fluffy mashed potatoes we have had for a very long time. Our last mixer left lumps, but not this one. We have only used the regular beaters so far, but it's nice to have the other attachments as well. They will be useful for things like whipped cream and cookies.
This mixer is nicely light-weight and is ergonomically comfortable to hold. The controls are easy to reach and use with my thumb. The control readout is easy to see in placement and size. I haven't used the timer yet, but I do have some recipes that will say "beat for two minutes on high" or whatever, so this makes that very easy, no guessing or watching the clock. With great power and 9 speed settings, there is a perfect speed for any endeavor. I like the cool stand that comes with it, keeping all attachments and mixer together; no searching through drawers. So far, I can think of no "cons," only "pros." We are very happy with this mixer and can definitely recommend it.
