3.0 out of 5 starsEasy to use, but discolors after 1 use

We use silicon baking mats at work every day, the original branded one that are like $100 each for a full size sheet pan. So it is nice to get a cheaper alternative for home use.
I don't use it for macarons or anything like that. I used it once for baking diced butternut squash, and once for baking frozen chicken wings (the chicken wing stuck to the mat, but less than it might have on pan lined with foil. Anyway, clean up is okay, but I noticed that it would get stained looking after 1 wash in the sink. Like the hot water the mats were soaked in got into the middle (most noticeable at edges).
So the less than 5 star is mostly for the aesthetic of the MIU silicon mat after 2 uses and cleaning, and some for the sticky situation with the skin from the frozen chicken wings, when it is time to flip for the 2nd half of the baking time.
Also, never use a knife or sharp object on the mat. If you plan to maximize your useful life span of this investment.
