I wanted to love this. I mean, REALLY wanted to, considering I paid more than $270 for it. But, I DON'T love it. Here's why.
First, I detest the fact that the temperature only goes down to 40 degrees F. And, if anyone bothers to test the ACTUAL temperature inside the cooler at the lowest setting, you will quickly ascertain the same bloody thing I did: it ACTUALLY only gets down to like 45 degrees F. Rubbish! Might as well just keep my beverages in the basement where they will get colder than this! I don't know about you, but I want a nice, cold, condensation-forms-on-the-outside-of-the-container-on-a-hot-summer-day beverage when I pull it out of the fridge. This doesn't come remotely close to getting it that cold.
Next, the seal around the door doesn't actually seal. There is a gap in the top of the door that no matter how hard you push to close the door, it's still there. What's the point of a seal that doesn't seal??? When I have the soft blue LED light turned on, I can literally see light through the top of the door where it isn't sealing, and I've tried numerous things to correct this issue, to no avail.
Next, this thing is running constantly. Probably as a result of the bad seal mentioned above, but I'm sure it's hogging electricity like crazy.
Finally, this will not hold NEARLY the number of cans it claims it will. It's simply not designed for it unless you stack cans all weird on top of each other in this thing. I don't know how other reviewers like to keep their cans/bottles in their coolers, but I don't want to have to put things in all weird just to fit more!
I would send this back in a heartbeat were it not cost-prohibitive to do so. If you're in the market for a beverage cooler, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!! I'd gladly have spent another $50 on a better model had I not paid so much attention to the people that probably received some sort of compensation for their reviews...

UPDATE: 12/11/2020
I received an email from Customer Service at the retailer that sells this item offering to either replace the defective unit I received or provide a full refund, and true to their word, after a few days of emailing back and forth, I received notification that a full refund had been issued to my bank account. While I still wouldn't go with this particular product if I needed a beverage cooler again (I ended up going with another brand to replace the Crownful unit), it bears mentioning that should your experience be similar to mine, at least the Crownful Customer Service team will provide options to make it right - unlike many retailers here on Amazon that force you to file an A to Z claim with Amazon for product issues! When it comes to big, bulky items like this beverage cooler, where returning a defective unit would be more hassle than it's worth unless it was a much more expensive item, you will appreciate knowing that if something IS wrong with your unit, Crownful is going to make it right.
For this reason alone, I have upgraded my star rating from two to four - this kind of proactive customer service deserves to be taken into consideration when rating this product, which I am more than happy to do.
