Overall the product structure was good until I realized that the Plastic knobs on each plate release super bad odor like a burnt tire and the taste goes in idli... Knobs are not bpa free. I wanted this cooker so much that after so much research I tried everything to get rid of the bad odor like steaming empty cooker 3-4 times to remove the odor or boiling 4-5 times only the knobs discarding used water after each round... I liked it's structure and cooks well but that odor is just unbearable. Also received the order with fungus on the outside handles which was washed easily. Had to return the product.
