This is a really great product. I wasn't sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised it held up extremely well to rough and tumble of traveling through several destinations. My favorite thing is that the products stand up in the bag thus reducing the potential for spilling and the transparent back which made it easy for TSA to see the items in the bag. Also it a section for a name tag just incase you need to use several for different members of your family. This gets my 5 star rating easily.

Zipper pulled off the minute I took it out of the Amazon box

Update: received a replacement so quickly and the replacement has no damage. I must have just received a bad one, but their response was fast and fantastic.

I just received them, took them out of the bag that was in the box and the strings that attach to the zipper end that allows you to use the zipper pulled off. It makes it unusable when you can’t use the zipper because it’s too hard to move. Very disappointed that the zipper pulled off the min I took it out of the box.
