the unit arrived badlydamaged; the corner is bashed in, the sides are dinged up, and the back grill was detached. all attempts to contact lanbo (the manufacturer) failed...email was bounced back, their contact form on the website failed to submit, and phone calls go to a generic voicemail. i don't know how legit a company it is at this point.
thankfully, amazon was able to make it right, after i spoke to a human. thank you amazon!
otherwise, the unit is just alright. it looks pretty good overall. the light goes on only after you push a button and it goes off after a certain period, so most of the time the fridge will be dark and not as cool-looking as i hoped. the shelves have no sides and tip downward when pulled out, so i foresee many dropped bottles and cans. it is quiet though, which i like.
had it come in better condition, i would've been reasonably pleased but not in love with it. arriving as it did, and given the lack of customer service from lanbo, i can't really recommend this product.
