Although the door came in with some small dents it works fine so far . We use it for our outdoor covered sitting area. So far so good.

Two small screws fell out upon unpacking. The steel on the bottom drawer is discolored. I'll try to clean up the door but if it doesn't clean up I'll send it back. The only reason I'm not asking for an exchange is it was the last one I could find anywhere so I hope to make it work.... The metal on the doors is THIN! You have to push the screws through the insulation and I dented the panel out a bit just by pushing the screw with my fingers. Luckily the handle covered the area.
Update: 24 hours later and the compressor hasn't stopped running. This thing is going back, it is too loud and runs constantly. A compressor that runs constantly will eventually freeze up...

Do not buy this. This is terrible cooler. I bought as a gift for a new home. Unfortunately when I plug it in the first time the Amazon warranty time has passed (39 days). So Amazon made me contact NewAir. HORRIBLE customer service. They told me that I would be receiving a new unit in 7-10 business days. It's been 2 months and nothing yet. Now I call and was told they're backordered for another 3 MONTHS!!!! Are you kidding me. They are NOT willing to give me a refund nor change for a similar product. I'm stuck with this $1,200 fridge that doesn't work.

I recommend getting a Kalamera, I bought one for $800 at the same time as this one and it has given ZERO issues.

The door handle is a nightmare to install. Instructions say to remove 1/2 of the gasket but it gets torn up to remove. Don’t buy this.

Refrigerator leveling ability is awkward. Instead of putting the serial number inside the refrigerator or somewhere it could be easily read, it is at the back of the unit requiring the refrigerator to be pulled out (not an easy feat) to get access to the serial number. When set a 32 degrees, the unit temperature is actually 35 degrees . . . disappointing for a beer drinker.
