I own 5 URTH ND filters that i use for my black magic and sony cameras. They come with a great case, cleaning cloth and is very good quality for the price. no weird color tinting and just does the job.

I am very disappointed by this filter, it does not work, the picture quality is completely ruined on a Sigma 150-600mm zoom lens.

This is a really well built variable ND filter and comes in a wonderfully secure case. It does a great job of adjusting to variable lighting conditions to allow for longer shutter speeds, and takes the place of multiple other filters that I would otherwise use. Fantastic for waterfalls, for instance.

One major downside I found, though, is that with my sigma 70-200 attached to a Nikon D10, It throws the autofocus out of whack no matter where the filter is dialed in. That's not an issue in landscape photography since I usually manually focus anyway. But, in more casual circumstances when I need to point and shoot without a lot of setup, I need the autofocus to work. Four stars might be a bit generous, since other folks may rely on autofocus a lot more than I do. For me, it's not a deal breaker

I bought the 55m for my Sony 35 1.8 prime lens and it is incredible! I previously had a different nd filter that spun freely in both directions. I really like that this one has a hard stop at the min/max settings so I can confidently and quickly flip it in either direction. Really well made and image quality is completely unaffected. I am not noticing any color cast or loss in sharpness at all. This is a MUST for video shooters. I will definitely be buying more from this brand in the future, I'm very impressed. I think this is the sweet point of value and quality.

It is well worth what I paid for it. The fact that it's variable means that there's that versatility when I need different settings. The only gripe that I have is that with the combination of a wide lens, wide aperture lens and ND filter, the Vignette is quite apparent. Nonetheless, it's a great product.

All variable Nd filters that have an nd rating above ~120 will have an x pattern with wide angle lenses. This one is no different so just keep in mind that you should only use it up to nd 128 at wide angles.

Quality of filter is great, coating is nice and the hard stops when rotating are handy. The case is amazing and protective.

I have no complaints with this filter.

Just know that if you are using a wide angle lens and want an nd filter above 128, don't get a variable nd filter, get a fixed one. You won't have an x pattern to worry about.

I’ve used Urth filters for years (Gobe products as well) and I love the quality and functionality. It comes with a nice tin case with foam in it. The threads are precise and don’t damage my lens. Image quality is unaffected as far as I can tell after 1000s of photos edited. When I use the ND filter it is evenly tinted with no lighter or darker regions. Honestly the only thing these filters give up to the higher priced competitors is the fancy machined adjustment rings and excessively complex/over built case.
