My new favorite way to shred cheese! I love how easy this is to assemble and use, straight out of the box. I'm using the box for storage. Seriously, just snap the pieces together and start shredding! All that's needed is a tiny bit of pressure to feed the cheese, and a few turns of the handle. Easy peasy. We use cheese daily, and my kid HATES being the one who has to grate or cut it. This contraption makes it super easy and breezy. It takes seconds to grate a whole bar! Picture shows the awesome retro blue color of the grater, as well as some actual cheese grating in progress. Simple enough to clean. I like to soak it for a minute so the crevices can be wiped easily.
