So, I've recently become a huge sushi fan... I'm 35, and it took this long to discover it's beauty.. if you like sushi, you know it can become pricey..but I'm telling you this kit was sooooo easy. Like super easy. This was my first time ever making sushi. Everything was easy to do. The sushi bazooka was my favorite part. Suepr easy...my only complaint is, the sides don't stay latched very well so you have to make sure that you are careful when you close it, but it still works. I didn't make a mess. I followed the instructions. It was very very easy and fun. I did not use nori...I prefer soy paper wrap and it worked just the same and just as perfect as it would be in the restaurant...but only better bc it's super fresh and rewarding bc you made it... Enjoy!!!
