Best ghee I've tried. Website shows exactly how made and jarred in the U.S. by family small operation. Glass mason-type quart jar was very well padded (purchased in own order to avoid other products) and was stored in refrigerator for a month until needed. Other commercial ghees are VERY hard cold, but this, while solid, I was able to get out of the jar easily. I know it doesn't need refrigeration, but I prefer to store it there. This is my new brand! Responsibly sourced, U.S. cows, produced in the U.S., glass jar, tastes delicious, easy to use: what's not to love! Buy it! Support non-commercial products! You'll be glad you did!
