This is a typical looking paella pan with an enameled cooking surface that serves as a non-stick layer and makes it easy to clean without the fuss of rubbing oil on it like the steel ones. It looks sturdy and everything would be perfect if it had a flat bottom. However, it has a totally concave surface and only a little spot of its bottom is in contact with the stove, so forget about great heat distribution if you cook with an electric top stove, induction, or similar. Could work on a gas stove though and they should definitely advertise it.
I could cook a nice paella with it, but wouldn't recommend buying it
