It would be a great product if it worked. We moved this into our new home letting it set as recommended overnight........plugged it in the next day.......and after it cooled down.......put wine in. Great......yahoo......UNTIL......the next morning.......temperature showed as 78........yes, everything was warm. We unplugged and let it set to try to reset, plugged it back in, condenser started up.........and stopped.
The only reason for 1 star is it is a beautiful product if it worked. I am so disappointed........and not even sure if I can send it back as we tossed the box with our other moving boxes.
Follow-up:
After contacting Amazon tech support and the Ivation support/customer service.......I was told I had a defective unit and to contact warranty for a replacement unit.........but, as the units were defective, replacements would not be available until mid-July. I sent the e-mail as instructed with no response.........and have sent a follow-up. It is mid-July........and I have received no unit or response. So, did I just pay all this money for a shelf instead of a cooler?
After still receiving no response with another follow-up e-mail to the warranty department........I called today. I will not be receiving a replacement and they are processing a refund. I guess I will be looking elsewhere for a wine cooler.
