Powerful - Definitely not cheaply made

Right out of the box it feels surprisingly sturdy and a good weight, much larger than I expected. Definitely not cheaply made.
One of the most surprising new feature is the suction cup feet, you don’t have to babysit it while its running. This one is not going to walk it’s self off the counter while it grinds.
I put 4oz of fresh espresso coffee beans, not wanting to bog down the grinder by putting too much in. I needn’t worry about that. 20 seconds and perfect regular grind coffee.
For espresso finely grinding beans is key and you don’t want a machine that heats up as it grinds because that can degrade the flavor of your coffee. For espresso I waited a few seconds and give it another 20 seconds. It ground the contents evenly and thoroughly. (And quietly! Even my husband mentioned how quiet it was)
It did not get warm when running, as I said a very important factor for the flavor integrity of any thing you want to grind.

Go elsewhere for a coffee grinder

After making my first attached container bowl of coffee. I went to make a second container of coffee and smoke came out of the grinder. I turned it off and smoke and burning smell came out for about 5 minutes... not sure if it was going to catch fire. The directions say if it stops turn it off and let it sit and cool off. I did and it was dead; it burned up the motor. SO IT DID NOT TURN OFF LIKE ITS SUPPOSED TO WHEN IT GETS TOO HOT. IT JUST BURNS UP! I’m not sure if this is just a defective unit or it can only be used for one container of coffee beans. Anyway I going back to my 15 year old Kitchen Aid coffee grinder.

This has been a painful search with a positive outcome. My daughter borrowed my old messy coffee grinder while I was on vacation so I just told her to keep it, and then began a search for a new high quality replacement. My first purchased turned out to be a bad one. A cordless grinder, from a manufacture that I will not mention on this review, sounded like a good idea. It did not work and they were at least willing to refund me most of my purchase price. The search resumed for some time until I ran into this grinder from HadinEEon and it looked too good to be true (my skepticism was getting the best of me at this point). It turns out this grinder is a Winner on all levels and then some. Here is a list of what I love about this grinder:
Tons of power with 2 speeds and even a pulse mode! The grind size comes out very even and is easily managed by the on duration which is manually controlled. I thought that I would miss not having a automatic run time end but it turns out that this grinder works so quickly that I do not miss it and actually prefer to manually turn it on and off to better control my grind size. No mess because the stainless container lifts right out! The twist on lid seals air tight with a silicone seal so I can over grind and leave the extra sealed and fresh for next time cup or pot!!! A nice surprise to find that they even placed little suction cups on the bottom so the unit stays put on the counter when I am using it, I LOVE THAT. (One user actually noted the suction cups as a negative, but no matter how I try to see their point of view I still LOVE them). And lastly, this little grinder, with it's quality craftsmanship, is good looking enough to leave it out on the counter for all to see. (Normally my wife hides all my kitchen tools away but not a word about this little looker).
I have no negatives at this point in time and I would certainly buy this unit again.

Honestly...Wow! This is a really sweet grinder! Decent size container that stays in place and lid in lock position, easy to clean both lid and container, which is big improvement in comparison to my old one that shall not be named who’s container rotates when in function and I always dread cleaning especially the lid because of its design.
I’m very impressed with its power, the option of 2 speeds including pulsing which I love, and the even consistency of grind in no time! I cant wait to grind herbs and nuts in this baby! Thank you HadinEEon, you did it again 👏 I do recommend!

Best coffee grinder I've ever owned

I use coffee grinders to grind herbs and spices for cooking so I can't attest to the grind specifically of coffee beans, but I can tell you about the power and performance of this unit. I've gone through a half dozen different grinders over the years and put them all in an early grave.

At 300 watts this is one of the most powerful grinders on the market! I love that it has a wheel to initiate pulse, low, or high speed. Most coffee grinders have a depression button on the lid you have to keep pressed down. This one the lid locks, which is great, and you can power it on.

Two of the best features are that the 4 blades cause all the grinding material to fall back into the center with a very efficient vortex rather than just shooting the material up towards the lid without grinding it. Also, the suction cup feet are VERY stable! It does not drift across the counter while it is on.

The low-speed power is perfect for a coarse to a medium grind and the high speed will turn things to powder for the most part. Depending on what you are grinding this tends to be most efficient when the hopper is half full so that there is room for movement and even grinding.

I prefer the detachable type grinders like this one because they are very easy to clean independently of the motor base so I never worry about damaging the motor. The little brush it comes with is perfect for the nooks and crannies down by the blade assembly, but a larger bristle brush is better for cleaning off the sidewalls and getting every last bit out.

I don't really have any cons for this device except that the lid locks in a counter-clockwise twist rather than clockwise which is not intuitive. If you open the lid lock during operation it automatically cuts power to the motor so it is not a safety issue or real concern, just an odd departure from righty-tighty/lefty-loosey.

Overall, an outstanding product with great power and all the features that I need!!! I've only owned it for two weeks so I can't comment on its longevity, but if I have not updated this review then it is still rockin!

It has been about 2 weeks and I am very happy with this purchase! I grind coffee beans (I fill to approximately the 8oz mark on the stainless steel container) for 6 seconds on setting 1. This results in perfect coarse ground coffee for my cold press. I did an exhaustive search prior to this purchase. 4 times I thought I found the right grinder only to further investigate reviews that revealed flaws for my intended use. With this grinder the grounds are perfectly consistent throughout. There is a learning curve for the correct coarseness-it took me 4 tries to perfect coarseness for my use. The unit is attractive and well built. It is very quiet, powerful and has a large enough output for my needs. My need for coarse ground coffee was limiting my coffee brand choices. Now I can grind beans of my favorite brands. I did not receive any compensation, promotions or discount on this product for this review.
Update: 03/02/2021 Still very happy and use it almost every day. However, I modified my grinding sequence to achieve the uniform course coffee grounds needed in my French press. Currently, I use 4 ounces of beans with 3 seconds on level I, 1 pulse and 3 more seconds on level I. Then I place the course grounds in my French press and repeat with a 2nd 4oz of coffee beans. Apparently, there were a couple beans outside the blade path when I try to do 8oz at one time. I even tried shaking the 8 ounces halfway through grinding and could not get them all without over grinding some of the coffee.

The removable cup is EVERYTHING!

I have wondered for years why I couldn't find a coffee/spice grinder with a removable cup that could be washed. You always needed a separate grinder for spices and it always just felt weird not to be able to really wash something you use to prep food. Not only does this grinder do a fantastic job grinding - which I expect any grinder to do, but you can completely remove the cup with the blade attached and wash with soap and water!!! YES! It also made it so much easier to dump the ground coffee into the coffee machine this morning. I am in love with this grinder!!

Worth the money!

I think this is a great grinder well worth the money, it looks very modern with it's stainless steel and clear lid, its the only grinder I've been using since it's arrival. It has 3 speeds, low, high & pulse speed & even though the manual says 20 seconds to grind, I find that 10 seconds will get me the coffee grind consistency I like. According to the manual, it's got auto shut off to prevent overheating but as mentioned above, I don't use it for more than 10 seconds so I haven't had to experiment with that feature. The clear lid with a silicone seal, which keeps the removable grinding bowl firmly in place & its suction cups at the bottom prevents the appliance from moving while in use. I do think it's a bit louder than my other coffee grinder but I like to think that's because the motor is stronger as I do get a better grind when comparing the two. I find it pretty easy to clean & the little brush it comes with definitely makes it easier. Overall I I think its a great product.

Like every idiot, we used it without reading instructions. We did get it working, but after a few seconds of mistakes!

Firstly, the lid. Lefty loosy? No. Lefty tighty. I could, in theory, see someone breaking it, but they'd have to be pretty strong, because the lid is tough!

The top of the lid seals against the internal cup to make a very good seal. All in all, the construction feels very sturdy.

Cleaning was simple since we only put dry things in there. If you get any water in there, it would probably be a bit tricky to clean. Maybe you could take the blade off, but I don't want to try...if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Finally, there are 4 small sucker feet on the bottom which stick to our countertop. They aren't strong, but easily enough to keep the thing stable if you leave it alone for the 30+ seconds it reportedly takes. Honestly, we found 30 seconds to be a long time. This thing made our beans into espresso in no time.

Would recommend!

An excellent blade grinder - solid performance

We purchased the HadinEEon Electric Coffee grinder last November. So, we have been using it for over 3 months now. We are very pleased with it. We mainly use it for grinding spices. We use it regularly and the performance has been excellent. The last two grinders we purchased barely lasted two years, so we did a bit of research before buying this and hope the story will be different this time.

These are the things we like about the HadinEEon grinder.
1. The grinder appears to be well made. It is quite heavy and feels sturdy in your hand.
2. The bowl is made of stainless steel and has good capacity, allowing you to grind larger quantities in one shot.
3. The bowl is detachable, which makes cleaning very easy. The bowl and lid can be washed with water.
4. Noise level is very reasonable
5. The lid is transparent, so you can actually see contents being ground. The lid has a soft gasket that tightly seals the grinding bowl, so fine powder does not leak out.
6. 300 Watts of power and 4 blades makes quick work of any grinding job.
7. The suction cups keep the grinder firmly on the table while in use.
8. The power cord is pretty good length - 40 inches.
9. Keeping the switch on the base unit allows the bowl and lid to have a clean design, with no nooks and crannies for dust to collect in.
10. The lid has to be locked in place for the motor to start, ensuring safe operation.

This grinder is a little larger and heavier than the average coffee/spice grinder in this category. Also, it may not be the cheapest, but we found the price to be very reasonable for the features.

One quirk we found is that the lid locks in place by turning counter-clockwise, opposite of what you normally see in most appliances. Not a big deal; you get used to it very quickly.

Would highly recommend, based on our experience so far.

I use this grinder every morning, and I'm extremely pleased with it. I've had 3 different brands, but this one is by far the strongest and most efficient. The rubber feet are so strong, I actually keep a piece of packing material the grinder came with underneath them because I don't need the to stick to my counter surface--the grinder never moves so I don't need that kind of grip. The best feature is that I can rinse the grinding cup out without having to worry about damaging the motor--which is why I think one of my other previously-owned brands finally quit on me. It's a pleasure to be able to clean the cup, let it dry, then put it away with no worries about destroying the electronics. The only thing I would improve is how to secure the lid since it's a little stiff. Once I figured out what needed to be done to get the grinder to run it's been okay now that I know it takes a bit of force to twist it into locking position. I love this grinder and would recommend it without hesitation.
