Great for my desk at work!!

I have tall girl problems. Long legs. You can’t sit in too low of chairs for sooo many reasons. Normal desks can be too short and office chairs that need to be boosted up to keep your knees level with your hips don’t always fit easily under said desk.

I work at an old school law firm where my u-shaped desk is very old school and built into the wall with shelving above it (so I can’t even use a standing desk option). And all the office desks are like this…so there’s no hope.

I can’t sit like a normal person either. I love crossing my legs, sitting crossed legged in my chair, draping my legs out and over something. But under a short desk like mine? It really limited my options and it drives me insane.

So I bought this to help give me some options for leg positions cause I just CANNOT do the feet flat on the floor position. I was worried it would be too tall so I chose this one for the option to shorten it, if need to. But it would great! It’s not too tall where my knees hit the desk and yet offers good support and position options.

It doesn't increase in height, it's really low to the ground and uncomfortable

I purchased this product because based on the pictures it looks like it increases in height more than having the two pieces stuck together. However, it doesn't. The picture is showing that they come apart and you can use them individually, only making it smaller. I need a high foot rest to be comfortable. I reached out to the company about this item and a seat cushion I purchased from them as well. Both products are covered with contact info saying to reach out to them in unsatisfied or have issues. Both also say they have "lightning speed customer service." I did not hear from them for days, so I just decided to return the items. The day after I returned the items, the company then emailed me saying they would give a refund and I could keep the items. I responded saying I already returned the items but it would have been nice to not go through the effort of bringing them to a store for a return. I never heard back after that. So they don't have "lightning speed customer service" like they say and they only email you back after Amazon takes care of the issue for them.

I missed the return window on this. Originally it was working great for me but only days before my return window closed I started having new back problems and the only thing I can think of is this. I went back to my old setup in hope of reverting issues. I'm guessing this is meant for a larger individual. I'm fairly petite and thin. I think it is a little high even not using the other piece. It did feel very nice for about three weeks and relieved a lot of ankle pain but my back has been having problems for a week.

I was kinda disappointed by this product. It was great for the first month but after trying getting the cover off for the first time both zippers became stuck and one came undone come completely so now I'm stuck in a situation shown in the picture. Would've rated 4 stars otherwise.

Impossible to unzip

The product works, but I need to remove the bottom pad since I am tall, and I cannot unzip it. The zipper is stuck halfway and impossible to get the bottom portion off.

This is not made with memory foam at all. This is more of firm type of foam with very little give. It's not the worst foot rest out there, but its pretty overpriced for the cheap foam you get. Go for one of the cheaper versions available.

This product is not what I expected. The quality is questionable at best. I purchased this and the seat cushion to go with the other ergonomic items in my office and it was a waste of money (which is disappointing because I really wanted to like it). It’s basically foam covered in a crushed velvet material. You could get the same relief by resting your foot on some other household item.

I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned false advertising. I too was expecting something that was adjustable and able to be tilted to the side. I could get over that not being the case and chock it up to my own inattention to detail. What I can’t get over is the fact that this “foot rest” is essentially just a glorified pillow. That they’re charging $50 for. The price for the product is simply absurd for what you receive. I expected much better. The bottom is also not slip proof or even slip resistant for that matter. The thing slides all over the place. If I had paid $25 for this pillow I might be happy with what I received, but $50 is a major over price in my opinion. Over all I would not purchase this again. I’d return but after opening and using don’t feel it would be appropriate of me to return the product in a “used” condition.
