Great for my desk at work!!

I have tall girl problems. Long legs. You can’t sit in too low of chairs for sooo many reasons. Normal desks can be too short and office chairs that need to be boosted up to keep your knees level with your hips don’t always fit easily under said desk.

I work at an old school law firm where my u-shaped desk is very old school and built into the wall with shelving above it (so I can’t even use a standing desk option). And all the office desks are like this…so there’s no hope.

I can’t sit like a normal person either. I love crossing my legs, sitting crossed legged in my chair, draping my legs out and over something. But under a short desk like mine? It really limited my options and it drives me insane.

So I bought this to help give me some options for leg positions cause I just CANNOT do the feet flat on the floor position. I was worried it would be too tall so I chose this one for the option to shorten it, if need to. But it would great! It’s not too tall where my knees hit the desk and yet offers good support and position options.

It doesn't increase in height, it's really low to the ground and uncomfortable

I purchased this product because based on the pictures it looks like it increases in height more than having the two pieces stuck together. However, it doesn't. The picture is showing that they come apart and you can use them individually, only making it smaller. I need a high foot rest to be comfortable. I reached out to the company about this item and a seat cushion I purchased from them as well. Both products are covered with contact info saying to reach out to them in unsatisfied or have issues. Both also say they have "lightning speed customer service." I did not hear from them for days, so I just decided to return the items. The day after I returned the items, the company then emailed me saying they would give a refund and I could keep the items. I responded saying I already returned the items but it would have been nice to not go through the effort of bringing them to a store for a return. I never heard back after that. So they don't have "lightning speed customer service" like they say and they only email you back after Amazon takes care of the issue for them.

If you're short, this won't work for you

The photo is misleading. It's great quality and probably awesome for taller people, but I'm 5'4 and the cushion stops at the wheels, so it ends up too far away from my feet. There aren't multiple settings to lift it, and even if you try to stagger the two velcro cushions, the height of the bottom cushion doesn't suffice to elevate the top one above the wheels.

My office chair is super adjustable and the wheels are low, so that's not the issue.

Gonna need a bench-like foot rest with a gap for the chair wheels.

Comfortable but misleading

I like the shape of this and the softness. The velvet does love to pick up all the under-deak hair but that's bound to happen. However, the photos of this are misleading. It doesn't raise and lower, it just has a piece you can Velcro to the bottom or leave the bottom off. And if you leave the bottom off (which I did because it ended up being too high), the the rough side of the Velcro faces the floor, which could be good or bad depending on your preference. For me, it hooks into the carpet and is hard to move, but it does help it stay in place. Overall, gets the job done.

I want a flat surface, for the height of my desk, this is always either round or cushioned and rounded.

I should've got something a bit firmer with a solid base I think.

I purchased the ComfiLife Foot Rest for Under Desk at Work for my husband as he works at his sit and stand desk all day long. He was complaining of lower back pain and I figured I would give this a shot. It doesn't relieve his back pain but he does say that it is more comfortable sitting at his desk. My biggest complaint is that it picks up every single piece of fuzz, dirt, etc. So while it is soft keeping it clean has been a struggle. Also, I feel that if it had an adjustment for the height or putting it at an angle it would be a lot better for your back. Otherwise my husband loves it and uses it everyday.

I purchased this foot rest to keep me from sitting on my legs when my feet don't reach the floor-- I know it's not great for my back, and this summer I started experiencing swelling in my feet and ankles. It hasn't really helped with the swelling, but it is comfortable and I like that it can be turned over to rock and seems to be good quality. It's a bit large, but fortunately I have a good amount of space under my desk.

So I bought this thinking that the 2 parts were like... liftable? I thought the double arrows meant that you can lift it and it becomes higher, but i was wrong, its just tryna tell you its detachable.

It has an adjustable portion to make it shorter for those who are little taller. I wish it had some sort of additional attachment to do the opposite since I’m shorter.
