I will be returning this. The blade is out of alignment before ever even using it (see pics). I guess if I only sliced smaller items and remembered which side to slice on I'd be ok but that defeats the purpose of this thing. I need precise even cuts for a food dehydrator and indoor grill/press. I would think most would buy this for more accuracy than slicing by hand but you're not going to get this with the one they sent me. I could just imagine what it can do after 12 uses. Very poorly made. Now, we all know "you get what you pay for" but that principle can't be used in the construction of an item like this.
