Horrible experience

The product was received and defective. I had the device installed by a third party and it did not install properly. I took it to have a diagnostic test done and the conclusion was the gpu was defective. I contacted the seller who approved a refund. The "restocking fee" was 45% of the original cost which is outlandish. I requested that the gpu be replaced but was ignored. Stay away from this company! I now have $226 refunded from an original cost of $404 and still do not have the gpu. This really sucks! The lesson learned is don't buy an overpriced item from Amazon and especially from UWAOMAH Store; most likely, you will regret the purchase.

I snagged this for 150; labeled as used-acceptable. The only damage was a dented box. The thing had the plastic still on it, and it is easily worth the full 200 dollar asking price. For playing games at 1080p expect to be using this card a long time. I especially love the heat sink, and the software where you can set fan curves, and overclock if that's your thing; although there's little need.

This is the last component I needed for my Asus Tuf build. What a difference over the ati r550. Night and day! The Tuf GTX 1650 is super easy to install and performance is great. This is in my wife's desktop and she says all of her games play smoother and faster and the graphics are super clean. Just remember to go into the Nvidia settings after installing the driver and turn the phys x setting to run the Nvidia card as your default graphics instead of cpu. This makes a world of difference in your graphic display and takes the burden off your motherboard chipset and cpu. This gaming is faster and smoother.
