I used it once I received it (it came the day after ordering). I read the instruction for accessing the K cup for my coffee powder and used it first with hot water. It worked fine.
Then I had to buy a 90W wall charger (couldn't find the 65W wall charger) to use the cold water function. It takes 12-15 min to heat the water but the coffee is then nicely hot !
I travelled a little with it and it got useful at the hotel.
I just cleaned it under running water.
I will use it at the office on a daily basis.
