strong adhesion(if you’re in a dorm, put these where they won’t check for missing paint or just buy a bucket, you’ll need it). good brightness, and the remote control via the bluetooth app actually works better than the remote they give, which is. a shocker compared to the hoops i’ve had to jump through for connection with previous lights i’ve bought. it was automatic— plug them in, open the app, and it connects almost instantly. my one gripe is that there’s only one plug involved for multiple lights— it means i don’t have as much freedom with placing the lights, bc they both have to go back to the same outlet. ended up working out for my layout, but i had to scrap my original vision of placing them end-to-end

To get to the nitty gritty, you get what you pay for. The adhesive is ok but not the best, even if applied following the instructions. The brightness is decent at best. My issue is after taking my time to apply a whole roll around my work station, only half of the lights work. They all worked for one day and after that only half works. The app is very convenient when away from the laptop, although the setting to shut off and turn on at set times, didn't work for me. It may work with someone else, but didn't for me. The Music sync feature is not as expected at all, it's just random flashes kinda on beat but really the feature sounds better than it was executed. At the end of the day, if you just want to have a cool LED feature to a small area of your room, these work fine. If you want something for your entire room or an entire space, I would suggest paying more and getting something better.

Pros:
- Convenience of using App to change colors when away from remote
- Brightness is decent on blues/greens/white
- Perfect for a small space

Cons:
- Half of the lights may or may not work past a day
- Music sync feature is haphazardly integrated
- Adhesive is stronger in some areas than others
- Some colors are not very bright (Purples/pinks/yellows)

The strip was very easy to install, has stayed under our counter for several weeks now without coming loose, and looks exactly as we had hoped. The remote works great having color change and flashing or steady light. We have not tried to sync it to music. Great product. My mother-in-law liked it so much at our house, she had me order her one too.

I put these in my sons bedroom. 50ft. It went around most of the room but came about 2 feet short of the whole room. We live in an apartment so the room is fairly small. So if you have a large bedroom, I would get more than 50ft. The lights are EXTREMELY bright! Like…. TOO bright…. You dim down individual colors but can’t dim down the actual setting. Overall I think this was great for the money. I would buy again. NOTE: easiest way to hang is with TWO people.

Overall I'm very happy with these LED strips, but beware, you can't stick these directly to your walls!! I did not realize this before i bought them. Thankfully, I have some hardwood around my closet that I stuck these to instead. I stuck a small part of these to the wall by mistake and when I peeled it off, some of the paint came off too, so beware that if you stick these directly to the wall the paint may peel! Otherwise these lights are very pretty and bright and the remote works perfectly.
