I have purchased and returned more than 5 of the top “brand name” frying pans. They were all disappointing. After looking at the reviews on this pan I decided to give it a chance. It has great weight, and great even heat distribution. It also has a great handle with a natural curve for easy handling and doesn’t get hot. The ultimate test was I make teriyaki noodles with vegetables. This should have made the pan super sticky and instead NOTHING stuck and I was able to clean with a gentle warm water rinse in my sink. NO SCRUBBING. Then the next morning I made eggs with minimal butter. It all just slid off, no sticking, and washed off with warm water. After this trial run where all other pans have failed me, this past the test with flying colors. I highly recommend! Especially for the price point!
