I wanted to love these, I really did. I took the time to find the right shape and ounces or so I thought. I mostly shop at Costco, BJ's and Sam's so I wanted larger size spice bottles. These are definitely NOT 6oz & 8oz, and I added pictures for reference. I had a prepackaged Cumin that stated 7.62oz, great then it should all fit in the 8oz jar?! Wrong! I had 1/3 left in the original bottle. I thought maybe it's because the orginal is a plastic bottle ( I was trying to justify this nonsense) but take a look at the pre packaged turmeric it's 1.8oz and next to the empty 4oz bottle they are almost the SAME size! Make that make sense??? I'm annoyed. The smaller jar is more like 3oz instead of 6oz and the larger jar is more like 5oz instead of 8oz. I already cleaned them and started to fill the jars or I would return them. And don't get me started on the flimsy tops that will probably rust within a year. They should have supplied extra tops and been more honest about the ounces.
