I needed a better kitchen knife, and I looked around on here but wasn't really finding anything that struck a chord with me, until I came across this knife...OMG!!!
The first night I had this, I washed it and then I checked this roast I was dethawing --- it was not fully dethawed, but I decided to test this knife on a roast which was mostly dethawed...I kid you not when I say I was able to cut the roast like a hot knife through warm butter -- I even decided to try cutting an S-shape out and it did it with such ease that I was totally astounded and now want to buy more of the KONOLL brand knives -- even for every day / steak knife use!!!
KONOLL has made a LIFETIME CUSTOMER out of me!!!
