The bag looks great and I thought it was great quality initially. After only 1 month of use, the loop that attaches to the ring that holds the strap to the bag ripped. I contacted the company and asked if there was a warranty, they did reply and I sent them these pictures. They offered to send another bag at the beginning of 11/2020. I never received the replacement bag. And when I tried to contact them again to get a status update, I got no reply. very unprofessional in my opinion. For a real leather "handmade" bag. I would expect it to hold up better. Waste of my money, very disappointed.
