This charging pack is extremely light and portable, which is ideal for travel or students. It does charge my phone 2x before dying, and my iPad Air 4 (from about 30/40% to full battery) 1x before dying, but cannot be relied upon for charging an iPad 0-100%. If you need it for an iPad, make sure you are keeping an eye on the battery life of your iPad and employing the battery pack early in order to maximize use. I like that it comes with a dual cord for spare usb and usb c charging (that has saved me a couple of times), but it is very hard to know what ITS charge is is since the blue dots are faint. I’ve had it for several months with no charging trouble, including for my iPad. I’d like to see larger lights or audible beeps that indicate the amount of battery left in the pack, but otherwise, it is perfect for what I need. I keep it charged frequently so that I have it ready to go. IT COMES WITH A DRAWSTRING CARRY CASE, for those who don’t already know, which is very handy. it’s large enough that you can fit the charging cable and one additional charger (if it they are wrapped small) in with the pack.

This charger is really great in that I don’t have to worry about which charger cable I grab. What I really dislike is that this charger doesn’t hold its charge if you don’t use it for a while. It’s almost like it stays “on” and uses up its battery. This is compared to a 5 year anker battery that I’ve had that can go months without use and still have enough juice to charge your phone twice. Besides that I love this battery. Just remember to charge it every so often.

Ive had a few anker products, really never had an issue, this one works, however, it might only last barely one full charge for an iPhone 13 max, I also used it on my ipad and got from 25% to about almost 90% before it died. Overall a very good small charger for a day trip, but that is it... I had a 20k old
Model and that ting charged my phone-ipad and still had about half charge left... maybe ill try a 20k see if it last! But overall it works ... just bummed was expecting it to have more life when charging

I originally purchased this in concert with a Power Deliver USB-C 12V trigger module to use as a convenient power source for 9/12V-powered devices that use a "round" DC plug, like the Sky-Watcher AZ-GTi in the photo.

Only later did I realize you can't physically turn off the Anker battery. This is a bit of an inconvenience, as the PD trigger modules always draw a tiny current when plugged into the Anker, enough to noticeably drain the battery over the course of days.

In particular, I would have to remember to pull the cable out of the battery in addition to switching off the device I was powering it with.

Just keep that in mind if you intend to use the Anker with a PD trigger module for your own DC needs.

I purchased this battery pack to use as a rechargeable power pack for a small DC motor device. I was hoping the 'trickle charge' mode would let the battery pack continue to run my small DC motor (maybe drawing 50ma) without shutting off automatically. Unfortunately even when set to the 'trickle charge' mode the auto shutoff activates after 2-3 hours. When I contacted Anker support, I was informed that the battery pack is intended only for recharging, ie, my application isn't supported. So... I like the battery pack (can still use for travel) but am disappointed that I need a different solution for my device.
