I have high arches, these give me the right amount of support. I am a teacher and on my feet all day, I would wear these every day, unfortunately, it snows quite a bit here, may have to keep them in my classroom for some Mr. Rogers moments. I swear by Birkenstocks. Please give them a few days to break in, they conform to your feet by then, but are quite hard in the beginning. These are great for all arches though, my daughter with flat feet has a pair in another style and she would live in these if she could.
