The idea it is great, but in all practicality, the only advantage is allowing you hands free operation. As much as that is good, you have no real accurate control as to where you need to point the camera if you see something interesting other than straight ahead shooting. You will end performing some odd looking body language, which should give those around you a good laugh.

Every camera, even the GoPro, will give you some up and down motion in your video, unless you spend good $$ on a gimbal. Along with the up and down motion, you also incur some slight side to side motion, and that doesn't work well for me.

Like I mentioned, the idea is great, but in reality, it's not all what its cracked up to be.

While I have a GoPro "Chesty" chest mount system, this device is downright AWESOME! Allow me to tell you why:

1. It's very well made
2. Easy to use
3. It stays in place when walking
4. It doesn't make you look as geeky as wearing a chest mount, lol
5. It is multifunctional when needed in a pinch (e.g., selfie stick or stand)

It works great with my Osmo Action Cam 3 and my Pocket 2. I can see myself using it with Action Cam 3 the most. And even though I could use it with my iPhoney 12 Pro, it is cumbersome. But it's doable.

I found it easier to put it on without the camera mounted. Also, you don't need to turn the magnet; it just snaps into place. You only need to turn the magnet when disengaging it from the holder.

I wish it came in black to make it a bit stealthier.

The bottom line, I really dig this holder and highly recommend it.

i love how easy i can wear this while riding my harley, playing soccer, or hiking, evenly weight distributed, good quality for sure and that solid snap/click i feel is reassuring. bending over isn't to much an issue, i love the bendable neck brace contours to any person chest/neck builds. definitely happy with this purchase!

Bought this for our trip in Mexico. Having to hold the Gopro can be exhausting and this was perfect for us to use while zip lining and all the other water activities without having to worry about the Gopro. It was pretty sturdy and secured.

This product is not strong or durable at all!! Don't waste you money! When you tilt the camera up. It doesn't move up because it's not strong enough to even move up, it's made way too soft! So, when moving the camera up, it falls tight back down!! Bunch of JUNK!!

Saw the ones on tiktok and didn't want to spend that kinda money or take the risk of being scammed again. I guess I bought the wrong one I thought it was the mag safe one but it's the clamp style phone holder attachment it's hard to see your phone screen because it's so close to your face. And you can't buy the attachment anywhere separately which is disappointing.

I haven't done any photography with it yet, just experimenting with the gadgetry, and I love the alternative of putting the neck band around your head, on a hat, as well as the neckband around your neck. I did find that the neck band on a vaquero cowboy hat was a lot more comfortable than the neck band on a ball cap. I am wearing it around the house and getting more comfortable, but I still notice that weight on my head. I didn't have that feeling with the cowboy hat.

I don't do any helmet activities, but I presume you'd also get a pretty stable platform.

The neck band on a bigger person is a little tight. Putting the neck band on top of a hat would be much better, and allows you to move around without getting your hands into the camera view as often.

I also love the idea of using the neck band as a selfie holder or tabletop tripod-like device. The gizmos that come with this will accommodate a phone camera. With some experimentation, I found it held my Android in an Otter Case with a little wallet stuck on the back, making it a pretty thick package, and still fitting well on the phone.

I haven't used a chest band for the Go Pro yet, and after buying this, I don't think I would ever bother with it.

I would like the neckband to be just a little longer, or to have some sort of extension that could be fitted onto the connection to give you another 1-2" inches. Otherwise the camera is right up under the chin on a large person. It suits me ok. You could even mount this on a dog harness for a pet POV. I don't know how great the video might be, but you have a lot of choices.

I also will see if it will work on my regular digital cameras. I think the Nikon will be too big, but the Lumix will fit in the clamp holder. You can take random still shots or remove it from the holder to do some setup, then have it ready to use. However, that is obviously not the best use of this neck band. I normally aim my cameras using the viewfinder, and only use the aim and hope method when speed is of the essence.

I would definitely recommend this device, and may even buy another one. It is quick to attach to a hat or a neck. If you're trying to be stealthy, you'll have to be much more creative with hiding the camera.
