After using off brand ink, my printer began producing poor quality copies. Some copies were so bad they could be read. Then the ink clogged the printer heads & nothing would print. Used this twice to clean the machine, went back to the name brand ink, & life is good again. Wear gloves & make sure to have plenty of paper towels on hand. Watch the YouTube video - removing the ink carriage wasn't necessary - and follow the directions in the video. PLEASE unplug the printer before doing any work.

My Epson Eco Tank printer "Power Cleaning Option" did not correct my printing problems of a clog that stopped yellow and cyan ink from printing on the paper. This cleaning kit was able to get the ink to flow again, but it wasn't something I would want to do every time my printer clogs up from lack of use. I have had Laser Printers prior to this Ink Jet Printer and I will definitely go back to the higher priced Laser Printers as they are so much faster and lower maintenance. I would still be using my Okidata Color Laser Printer that worked great, but the print driver was not supported when I upgraded to Windows 11 and a new driver was not available.

Outstanding job cleaning my printers print head

My ecotank printer stopped printing in color, and regardless of how many times I ran a cleaning cycle black was the only color it would print. Following YouTube instructions I inserted paper towels under the head and pumped the fluid through each color nozzle. I was amazed at how much of each color was flushed out. Put everything back together and ran a couple of test pages. I now have a color printer that prints in color. Highly recommend this if you are having problems.
