Great support, but the remote location could be better

I enjoy the pillow very much. The heat is nice. The back massager is only a vibration, but it's still nice.

My only complaint is the remote, which is why I chose 4 stars instead of 5. There's no spot to set it; so unless I want it sitting in my lap, it just hangs off the side and onto the ground. And it's at the perfect distance where if it drops, it smacks the ground. It hasn't broken and I haven't run it over with my chair, but I can see how that might happen. I'd suggest to the manufacturer to just stick a little pouch on the side where it can be placed.

I ordered this for my desk chair not knowing it would need to be plugged in the whole time, which makes it unable to be used while working because cords hanging from the wall or floor are dangerous....

I purchased this product due to good reviews. My back has been hurting for almost a month and I just thought it was the mattress. Bought a new mattress and still had terrible back pain. I ended up in the er with severe back pain and found out the muscles around my spine were inflamed. I work a sedentary job where I sit for almost ten hours at night so I needed something that would help me through my excruciating back pain. This….is…it! Between the heat and the massage, it provided just the perfect amount of relief. Don’t think, buy this!

the massage is nice but it can be a little harsh at first. there are three different levels. the back warmer is great! the extension cord is long which is very helpful. i wish it was taller or at least they provide different sizes because my upper back needs it more. this is only good for your butt and lower back.

The description and photos are accurate. If you're looking for some lower back soothing, then this should work great for you. I set it in my office chair at times while I work, and am very happy with it.

The massage function comes as 3 different vibration patterns. I was initially expecting a different type of massage (like the ones with mechanical nodes that move around), but this makes more sense for the position and size of the cushion. I use all 3 vibration settings, but the second is my personal favorite.

The warming function is excellent as well. I've had other devices that claim to put out some heat, but you can barely feel it. Not the case here! The high setting is perfect for me, but if it's a bit too warm for some, then there is a second, lower heat option.

All in all, I'm very satisfied, and when I purchased this, I'd been experiencing a lot of pain in my low back for about a week. I'm not saying this thing worked any miracles or was a cure-all of any kind, but after my first day of using this, I felt much better, and the remaining week or so of healing was made much more tolerable thanks to this cushion! If I could go back in time and reconsider my purchase, knowing what I know now, I would still definitely buy this.

This lumbar massager is very attractive. The fabric is so soft and velvety. It's a perfect fit for my back. The vibration with the heat features are very effective, because the pressure of your back keeps the heat and vibrations isolated to your lumbar. Other vibration massagers tend to be aggressive and rattle my brain. It feels great in my car seat and desk chair. A couple of things to keep in mind. 1) This pillow is not very wide. I'm an average sized woman. My husband is an average/larger size. The pillow is a good size for us. 2) I have to cover 3 outlet holes on a power strip in order to fit it and my plug for my electric recliner. I'm going to have to find a different power strip, as this cord is bent hard against the next plug.

This is a well made product. The heat and vibration feel excellent. My husband has been having back problems, and he's using this at the office. It's helping to soothe the ache. We have a couple of suggestions: My husband is very tall. He said he wishes it had a velcro strap so he could strap it around the chair to sit higher on his back. He would also like the heating element to go up higher in the cushion. Otherwise, it's helping with his back pain.
