I ordered two of these warmers because of the added power port feature and a fair amount of good reviews. Up to a week ago, one of the warmers started shutting off at a whim and the light that lets you know it's on has gotten very dim. If there is any light on in the room where you're using it... you cannot tell if it's on.
So far, a mixed experience. Just glad my wife's is working fine. I wouldn't hear the end of it. lol

Item works fine but customer service non existent. I tried to get registered for warranty and get a free cup they advise and it didn’t work when I tried to register on their website. I emailed customer service few days ago and still no answer. That’s the reason I give it 3 stars

Not sure that this works. Felt that it didn't warm up the coffee or keep temperature in any type of cup I tried. It has a plug attached but also ubs ports which makes no sense. No going to keep using and would rather just use an insulated cup for beverages.

The on/off switch does not turn on properly. Sometimes the switch turns on and sometimes it does not, which is stressful.
The product will not cool the drink in the mug, as the plate temperature rises rapidly once the switch is turned on. But the plate gets hot even without a mug, which is not a good enough safety design. It would be safer if there is a setting such as automatic power off when there is no mug.

The coffee warmer is a one heat setting with a manual button push button on off switch on the top edge surface of the warmer plate. The push button is a little hard to press sometimes. We ordered the pink color and it has connections for charging ports which are c and USB. Nice. We probably would not purchase it again as we like the soft easy touch digital controls type warmer's best.

so I'll start by saying some positives I really like the look of it I like that you have the option on the side with the ports in case you wanna plug anything to charge etcetera I really like how well it keeps my coffee hot in that aspect it works really well my only concern is that underneath it gets very hot and for me that's just not something that's feasible because I don't want it to burn my desk I don't wanna have to put things underneath it to avoid it getting things too hot it really will ruin my furniture so unfortunately I have to give this three stars
