One of two warmer works fine

I ordered two of these warmers because of the added power port feature and a fair amount of good reviews. Up to a week ago, one of the warmers started shutting off at a whim and the light that lets you know it's on has gotten very dim. If there is any light on in the room where you're using it... you cannot tell if it's on.
So far, a mixed experience. Just glad my wife's is working fine. I wouldn't hear the end of it. lol

Controls coffee temperature perfectly. Be careful of combustible environment!!

For my second cup of coffee, I had to use less than a full cup because it would get cool. Now I use full cup and the temperature is perfect to last drop!!!
Unfortunately I placed the plate on a table with combustible material. In the evening I noticed smoke 🤔. Turns out papers and remote had slipped down on the plate and turned it on 😱. The papers were smoldering and the back of my TV remote was melted. If I hadn't been there a 🔥 would have occurred. Be very careful about the combustible materials anywhere near the hot plate!! I turn the power to the plate off if not in use 💡.

Tea is piping hot I 💕 it!!!Tea in the go and I didn’t have a charger block for my watch this saved me another purchase because it has the USC and USB ports.My cup bottom is almost flat but it works.

LOVE this coffee warmer! I made a point to take a picture of my old plate to note my #1 annoyance with that heater. I have a favorite mug and it's not a "normal" size because I am a coffee addict. When I got the previous plate, I was so disappointed that the round heated space did not accommodate my favorite coffee mug and I have been on a quest to find a replacement ever since. THIS IS THE ONE! This warmer is by far the best I have ever owned not only for the large heating space that hold my mug with plenty of extra space, but also because it has one easy button to push. One temperature--HOT, is all I want or need without multiple temperatures to click through. Now--BONUS to me is the USB charging port with a C port too! I am so impressed with this coffee warmer and it is now the best part of my WFH office!

I'm using my coffee warmer as I write this! This warmer keeps coffee at a wonderful temperature, not too hot or too cool. It stays on for a long time, which I am grateful for. Now I don't have to keep going to the kitchen to warm it in the microwave. I don't want to promote laziness, it's just such a nice little bit of luxury that brightens my day. In this bustling, unpredictable world, it sure is good to have a hot cup of coffee within reach.

-It arrived in great packaging and in pristine condition. Its cord is of a good length. The two ports for charging cables on the side are a thoughtful and convenient addition too. The power button is an on/off touch sensor that glows blue when touched to turn on. It's not a button that is pushed down upon. I like that because if coffee should spill, it wouldn't leak inside and cause damage or break the whole thing. It doesn't have low, medium or high settings, but just turns it on and off. Along with the feature of staying on for hours, is the automatic shutoff lending a sense of ease to both the busy and the forgetful. I think this is the best aspect of this warmer, with my being more the latter of the two! I want one of these in multiple rooms!

Call me naive, but I was looking at some other plug-in mug warmers, and I got to thinking, "Hmm, I wonder if they even make one that runs off a regular USB for office users?"

So when I looked up "USB Coffee Warmer" and this item came up labeled "USB Coffee Mug Warmer", I thought I had found my elusive prey.

When it arrived, I thought, "Well, boy was I dumb."

I've since seen a couple of actual USB coffee mug warmers, but I've installed this one up at my desk, and it's doing a fine job of keeping my coffee just right. I have to admit it looks really good sitting here next to my blue-grey-and-white marble coaster.

Have this next to my wife's side of the couch to keep her coffee and tea Luke warm. It works well and keeps her drink at a temp that she likes. The automatic timer is a good feature as you don't have to worry about it staying on all night if you forget its on.
