Not Exactly What I Was Expecting, But...

This product came rolled up tightly in a vacuum sealed package, which surprised me, because I thought it would have a rigid bottom & some sort of variable height adjustment. It's a semi round top cushion that velcros to a rectangular bottom cushion.

At first, I was kind of upset, & I was wondering if I should return it. It's not as tall as I thought it'd be, either. However, I plopped it on the floor & put my feet on it while sitting in the office chair in our dining room, & after a few minutes, I noticed that I was much more comfortable than I usually am when I sit in that chair for more than a few minutes. This is a good sign, as the whole problem is that I am not tall, so my feet don't quite sit flat on the floor, & my knees get sore from sitting in the crappy office chair we have at work all day.

I don't know if it's a good material to have under my work desk, as it is quite dusty under the desk. I might have to get a hard stool for work, & keep this little guy here at home.

I am 43 years old, 5' 4" and 150 lbs. I have ligament damage in my neck and some scoliosis in my spine. I generally have some fibromyalgia and inflammation when I sit for a long period of time or ride in a plane or vehicle over long distances. I had no idea what I was missing out on when riding and being uncomfortable the last 20 years until I made this purchase. I bought 3 of these, one for me and one for each of my kiddos (8 & 10 years old) before we left on a 14 day road trip across the US. I was nervous about the long traveling in the car due to a history of having pressure points and back pain myself and having the kids complain about their legs & feet going numb when riding long distances. I could never seem to get comfortable in the past. However, these foot cushions completely changed that for us. Some of the legs of our trip had us on the road for 12 hours between destinations and I did not have ANY bottom pain, pressure point pain, and very little back pain -- I used this and another cushion I purchased to go under my bottom. Between the 2, I was simply amazed with these products and how I felt perfectly comfortable with just having my feet no this. I would definitely buy this product again and am so glad I read the reviews and found it prior to leaving. I know this product, along with the seat cushion made a world of difference in the enjoyment of our road trip!

I really like the idea of having a foot step so I can keep my knees a little elevated while at the PC. This does the trick, although I only use the rectangle one, as it's all the height I need:) Definitely recommend.

I was always someone who didn't think one of these was needed, however my back issues made me cave and try this. I gotta say, I am finding myself sitting for longer periods of time and still getting up feeling less tight and the pain isn't as bad. It is also quite comfortable. The ability to cut the size in half with ease is extremely helpful as well, especially if you aren't sure what size you need, as was my case. Been about a month now and still holding up strong, and I am a larger guy.
