Customer Review

If VDM can spam books, I can spam reviews.

Note the page count and the price, for a paperback. This book is evidently nothing more than a printout of a number of related articles on Wikipedia. From the article about "VDM Publishing" on Wikipedia, I believe more effort was put into the cover photo than in editing the contents. I recommend going to Wikipedia and getting the same information there for free. Amazon should be ashamed, but claims, "As a retailer, our goal is to provide customers with the broadest selection possible so they can find, discover, and buy any item they might be seeking." Feel free to complain to them about this publisher, which has (at last count) more than 54,000 books available on Amazon. You'll get a boilerplate response, but perhaps with enough emails Amazon might start to pay attention.

To quote Alphascript (owned by VDM): "It is pointed out in every Alphascript book that contents are Wikipedia articles. Do we now have to write in Amazon-books: "Attention! Books contains Wikipedia!"?" - yes, yes you do.
