Hoped to find more international recipes and outstanding versions of old favorites: Swedish Meat Balls, Meat Loaf variations, etc. In a busy life, I would have appreciated hints about preparation time. This is crucial when arriving home near the dinner hour with a pound or more of ground meat in the refrigerator and the need for speed. And many more everyday uses for ground beef, a particular favorite in our home. Overall, I was pleased to find some new things to try, especially in the international category. More experimentation will, I'm sure, bring more appreciation.
