I just purchased this book for my daughter who is celiac. Though she hasn't had time to use any of the recipes, she undoubtedly will. I briefly thumbed through it and plan on buying a copy of it for myself, since I frequently cook for her. This is an absolutely beautiful book, with down to earth recipes for the day to day cook, including a gluten free pie crust recipe from Emerill Lagasse that would rival any recipe out there! I can't wait to try numerous recipes. I need to add that I have a rather extensive gluten free cookbook collection, but this will definitely rate in my top three. A must have for anyone living gluten free!
