As a member of Weight Watchers for 1 year, and having lost 60 pounds in that year, I applaud Lisa and her team for coming up with "guilt free" ideas of having a little fun with food while still being able to loose weight. I know there are some people out there that will think this book is a "health" book but it is a HEALTHY APPROACH to have some fun with food with items that won't break the "points" bank. Yes we are all diligent about watching the quality and quantity of the food we place in our bodies but sometimes you just need to give yourself a break, have some fun, eat something that you can enjoy and not feel "bad" about. If you are looking for a book that will make a difference in your weight releasing journey, while eating food that is fun AND delicious I encourage you to give Hungry Girl a whirl! Happy noshing!
