From the warped mind of Chris Seaver the founder of Low Budget Pictures comes the second and third installment of the Filthy McNasty trilogy. If your a fan of outrageous irreverent gore and comedy films like the works of Troma or the early films of Peter Jackson (Dead Alive, bad Taste), yes THAT Peter Jackson...then you will love the over the top gros absurdity of Filthy McNasty. Seaver's films just tend to go for it, never worrying about tact, taste or whether or not they will offend. Much like the South Park creators he seems to delight in making stuff for his own amusement and the world can take it or leave it. I for one love these over the top silly gore fests which are incredibly entertaining not in spite of but because of their non existant budgets, amateur cast and bad production values. Seaver knows what he has to work with and uses its delightful badness to full effect. Well worth a watch for connoisseurs of schlock. And while these films are ridiculous they still manage to have a story and even a heart.
If there was any con to this purchase it was the packaging. Cheap, brittle dvd box and cheap cover art that looks like a child was given to photoshop. But for a film thats been out of circulation for decades and was from a company that isnt even as well known as the cult film co Troma Im more than willing to over look this and so should you. Dont miss out on this insane film experience! Get the dvd, invite your friends over turn on the tv and start drinking heavily for a good time!
