Great case, if a tad bulky...,

First things first. This Belkin Cinema Folio with Stand will do a great job protecting your iPad.
Now, with that out of the way, let's look at the pros and cons of this case:
1.) Easy to insert the iPad into the 4 corners of the case, without fear of scratching your iPad.
2.) Smart cover works great with the new iPad 3rd generation, so the screen turns on and off correctly when you open it.
3.) Easy-to-use magnet holds the case closed. This is greatly preferable to a clasp or velcro.
4.) Very sturdy in "typing" format or "movie-watching-stand" mode.
5.) All port cutouts and sensors are exposed/lined-up/not inhibited.
6.) Actually smells like leather!
1.) Quite bulky...
2.) A little heavy (but solid, which is a pro!)
3.) While the corners of your iPad are not exposed, if the cover is not aligned correctly you could hurt the horizontal flats of the iPad's aluminum casing since the sides aren't covered like the corners are.
4.) If your iPad is in a dirty/dusty environment, the cover will allow dirt and dust to get all around it due to it's "openness."
5.) The flap that holds the case closed is a bit in the way, so you have to tuck it behind the iPad when you open the cover or it just dangles there!
Overall, the cons aren't too bad. The case definitely looks smart, especially in a business environment, and for fit and finish it definitely plays the part. This is certainly one of the better iPad cases I've used!
The Belkin Cinema Folio with Stand for iPad 3rd Generation gets a solid 4 stars out of 5.

In regards to Con #5, I discovered today by accident that you can fold the dangling flap backward all the way and the magnet will hold it in place. I myself have been tugging it behind the iPad. Pretty neat.
