I appreciate the proactive customer service of this company: Received an email a few days ago from The Friendly Swede letting me know that they had been experiencing some problems with the fit of the cable and wanted to know how mine were working out for me. As it happens, 1 of the 3 cables had quit working the day before and was not staying connected. Within hours of my reply, I received a response letting me know that a replacement *set* had been sent out of which I received promptly and way ahead of the estimated delivery date. I do like these cables, they are sturdier/thicker than the original Apple and lookalike brands I've tried in the past.
