I added the warranty plan to a blu-ray player I purchased, and it had been 14 days and I still didn't receive my warranty in the mail. I contacted them to see when it would arrive, and they emailed me saying they cancel my protection upon request. Not anywhere in my email did I state I wanted to cancel my warranty, I was simply asking when I would receive it. Not a very smart company, in my opinion. I do not recommend them for your warranty needs at all.
