My wife and I have been dealing with infertility on and off for about three years now. With my wife now on the bandwagon again, I decided to get this book and see if it could offer me the male perspective I've been lacking. I'm happy to say it did and then some! The first few chapters were mostly about when to start trying, when to see a doctor, etc., so that wasn't really for me (though if you are just confronting infertility, I highly recommend these chapters -- also the one's that break down all the testing in "guy-speak".) Where the book really shined, for me at least, was in all the advice the author gives about how to cope with your wife while she's going through all this stuff. It's clear he experienced everything first hand, and it almost felt like a friend telling me what I should and shouldn't do. I've got to say that I've been looking for a book like this for a long time. I highly recommend it.
