My feet are almost always bothering me. I wear orthodics and part of the problem might be that my feet only move on their hard surface. Started doing foot exercises, but they still bothered me. A friend suggested a foot roller and I decided to try The Amazing Foot Roller...love it! (I had been looking at electric ones; this is so much easier!) Just roll feet around on this--I do bottoms, sides, toes--feels great! Most importantly, it stimulates the foot--something that doesn't happen with the orthodics--gets blood flowing. My feet feel so much better!
