OK story, but edits distracting,

This review is from: T-Rex Virus (Kindle Edition)
I just wish this book was more about the virus than about a bunch of testosterone fueled guys hunting a space rock. As it is, I give the story 3 stars for effort. However the editing was distracting and one has to take that into account if this story is to be read. For example, misuse of commas, as in "A breeze, blew across the open airport grounds." Location 5926. There are many examples of this throughout the book. How about words run together, as in "threethousand-dollar suit". Location 6217. Many examples of this error are scattered throughout the story. Several times, the time-stamp and location were inserted in the story text, as in "All the baselines are in. Start the recorders," the microbiologist said. Building 362, Lab B Fort Detrick, Maryland Sunday, 1520 hours Eastern Time A graph with multiple colored lines..." Location 6228-30. Several other examples of this scattered throughout the book. If you can tolerate these, and other editing errors, you might like the story. I found it tedious and wish, as I stated earlier, that the story revolved around the virus rather than the rock. In the end, this book again brings up the poor editing in Kindle editions. There is no question in my mind that a good story can be ruined by poor editing and I wish the authors would take more care in that respect.
